A great watch strap that looks great, is suitable for very large wrists such as mine and it’s soft enough to be very comfortable to wear. I wish I’d know about it a long time ago as I’ve had to make do. Not anymore now I’ve found Windsor xxxl watch straps. A very happy customer.

My new watch strap fits my watch perfectly. I was pleased I managed to fit it myself after receiving some advice. The leather is soft enough to mould comfortably around my wrist and I particularly chose the light grey colour to compliment my gold coloured watch and as a neutral colour to many different colours of clothing.

I am very pleased with my watch strap. The only thing is that I would have liked one more hole as I have very slim wrists.
The strap is a big rigid for now but I believe it will get soft over time .Very adjustable by the way and easy to install classic NATO

NEVER RECEIVED! (nor watch, nor updates from Customer Service).
I ordered a watch strap on 11/05. It gets packed and send from UK to BE. I receive a message from bpost that the message is held by customs. It is underdeclared (6,9 Pound) and the NHS code is wrong too (leather, whilst vegan strap). To release the parcel I am asked to pay another 30 euro. After contacting Customer Service (Martyn) via chat, he says he will look into it. 4 requests for updates messages from my end later, the parcel has now been send back to the sender without any action from their side. Have not heard from them since. Strongly advise not to buy from this company, both their shipping and their customer service departments leave to be desired.
Item wasn’t delivered only an empty package, yet no response from seller after trying to contact them. Awful customer service 😖🤷🏿♂️
