Untill now have not received what is ordered, sent multiple mails about status and finally to cancel my order. Did not even receive a cofirmation my mail was received, got informed customs returned my order to sender amd that is all correspondence I have. Poor service, money lost bery disappointed.

I ordered a 22 mm curved watch band, and even though the size was correct, the curvature and pin placement didn’t fit my watch. I paid about $55 total, including shipping. When I contacted the company, they first responded quickly and told me to return it using “second class mail,” which doesn’t exist in the U.S. The cheapest USPS option was $35—more than half the cost of the item.
I asked twice for a return label since it would be cheaper on their end, but I never heard back again. The quality of the band was also below expectations, and now I’m stuck with something I can’t use.
U.S. buyers beware: returning an item is extremely expensive, and customer service stops responding once you question return costs.

Regarding returns, we do not offer prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always aim to suggest the most affordable mailing option available, but unfortunately, international shipping from the U.S. can be expensive and is outside of our control.

Watch Strap Style
I searched the internet for ages for the right open ended strap before finding this strap. The strap is very well priced and delivery was very quick. The way the strap attaches to the watch with a folded clip between the leather makes it so easy to attach on a fixed bar case and it very handy for someone like me who likes to change straps frequently. The strap is very comfy and looks great as does the buckle. If you have a small, vintage watch and a large wrist, get the longest strap you can do as this just fits my wrist nicely at 6.5in but would struggle in anything larger. Overall, a fantastic strap for the money and well worth getting.

Writing this review after 4 months of use and can report it is of superb quality and is still in perfect condition. Previously I have got through loads of straps which quickly gave out on the keepers and / or the regularly used holes. This strap shows no signs of deterioration. It looks great too and was just the size, colour & quality I was looking for. Very helpful to include new bars. No hesitation in recommending it.

Simply put, my experience has been that they say what they mean, mean what they say and do what they say they do. Great selection of straps, so a very winning combination.
The colour of this strap deteriorated and faded after 8 months . It became very pale green ( had been dark grey ). No reply to two emails . I ordered another one and one of the little straps that secure the main strap has now fallen off .
I would have appreciated a reply and maybe a replacement as the strap itself was lovely when it was new . Disappointing customer service as they say they are a family run business and they encourage to reach out if there are any issues but no response !!!
This beautiful deep sapphire-blue colour and style works really well with a 60+ year old wind-up Swiss watch I recently inherited. It’s extremely comfortable and I’m hoping it will be more hard-wearing than a leather strap. I’m so pleased - it looks very classy!

Ordered an extra long watch strap for my 84 year old Dad's talking watch. He hadn't been able to wear it for 2 years as the last strap was too small. Placed my order and it arrived in 2 days! The new strap fits him perfectly, is great quality and he was delighted with his gift! Also it was was to attach, but if you cant manage yourself you can take to a shoe/ watch repair shop who can add the strap to the watch for a fee. Will recommend this site to anyone and everyone who needs a quality watch strap! Excellent service all round!
