How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail 1st Class. This ensures most orders are delivered the next working day.
Do you provide tracking information for my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation from us, including tracking information.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account on our website by visiting the following link create an account or selecting my account from the menu at the bottom of the website.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you have placed an order and realised that there is a mistake on on your delivery address please contact us immediately via email at hello@watchstrapstyle.co.uk
If you have an account and looking to update your address before placing an order you can do this within your account.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No we do not store this information. The payment gateways we use including Stripe (Credit Debit, Apple Pay & Android Pay), Amazon Pay, PayPal process all our payments.
Do you charge VAT?
As we are a UK business we are also VAT registered so we need to charge VAT. The price shown on our website includes VAT.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes we ship internationally.
Will my items come in one package?
Yes your items will be delivered in one package that will fit through your letterbox so there is no need to wait in.

In the event that you need to return your order. We have 30 day refund or exchange policy.
