How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day whether UK or International. Unfortunately some elements of delivery are outside of our control but we will provide tracking details upon dispatch.
UK Orders
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class with tracking. This means 99% of orders are delivered the next working day. If you don't receive your delivery you can track the status within our website.
European Orders
Will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
International Orders
Take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive.
We work very hard making sure all orders are dispatched the very same day and if for any reason you don't receive your order or have worries about delivery please get in touch as we'll investigate and resolve any issues.
Will I need to wait in for my order?
No. We think time is precious so we've made sure that our packing is letter box friendly, meaning that your watch strap order will be delivered without issue. Additionally our order tracking doesn't require a signiture as this is done through GPS location.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
Let's be honest we've all been there! Our returns policy is very straightforward you have 30 days to return the item with no questions asked (providing it's in the same new/pristine condition).
You can arrange a return online through our website which will allow you to request either a replacement or refund. You can find our more about our refund policy here.
Are you a genuine UK company?
Yes. We are a UK Limited Company and also VAT registered. All our watch straps include VAT.
We are UK based and our stock is dispatched from our UK office.

Are your watch straps genuine leather?
Yes! If our watch straps are listed as leather then we guarantee that the strap is genuine leather.
Do you offer a warranty on your straps?
We don't unfortunately. However we are realistic, if your watch strap has failed through general wear and use we'll simply replace the strap.
Do you ship Overseas/International?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
