Do Charge 5 straps fit the Charge 6?

Yes. The Charge 5 and Charge 6 use the same strap, so any of these will fit either one.

Will Charge 4 straps fit the Charge 5?

No. The Charge 5 has a different fitting, so older Charge straps won't fit it.

Should I get Small or Large?

As a rough guide, Small suits most women's and smaller wrists, and Large suits most men's. If you're in between, Large gives you a bit more room.

Do your straps come with spring bars?

Yes, every strap comes with spring bars. Quick-release straps have quick-release spring bars fitted, so you can swap them without a tool.
