Fitbit Alta HR Strap Questions

The Alta HR takes exactly the same straps as the original Fitbit Alta, so any strap here fits either tracker. If you've moved on to a Luxe or Inspire 3, we've got straps for those too.

Do Fitbit Alta straps fit the Alta HR?

Yes. The Alta and Alta HR use the same strap fitting, so every strap on this page fits both trackers.

How do I change a Fitbit Alta HR strap?

Press the release clip on the back of the strap where it meets the tracker, pull the strap away, then push the new one in until it clicks.

Should I get Small or Large?

As a rough guide, Small suits most women's and smaller wrists, and Large suits most men's. If you're in between, Large gives you a bit more room.
