Will a 40mm strap fit my 40mm lugs?

Yes. The width is measured where the strap meets the watch, so a 40mm strap fits a 40mm gap between the lugs. Most straps narrow towards the buckle, and each strap's size guide shows its width at the buckle.

Do your straps come with spring bars?

Yes, every strap comes with spring bars. Quick-release straps have quick-release spring bars fitted, so you can swap them without a tool.
