Just the job for my Ferrari watch and is the second strap I have had from WSS.
To me this is an improvement on the first, as that was a very hard leather and took ages to soften, eventually cracking - not surprised.
However this replacement should be better. Thank you
I ordered a 22 mm curved watch band, and even though the size was correct, the curvature and pin placement didn’t fit my watch. I paid about $55 total, including shipping. When I contacted the company, they first responded quickly and told me to return it using “second class mail,” which doesn’t exist in the U.S. The cheapest USPS option was $35—more than half the cost of the item.
I asked twice for a return label since it would be cheaper on their end, but I never heard back again. The quality of the band was also below expectations, and now I’m stuck with something I can’t use.
U.S. buyers beware: returning an item is extremely expensive, and customer service stops responding once you question return costs.

We’re sorry to hear that the watch band did not fit your watch as expected and that you found the return process difficult. Our straps are generally very well reviewed, so we regret that your experience did not meet expectations.
Regarding returns, we do not offer prepaid return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always aim to suggest the most affordable mailing option available, but unfortunately, international shipping from the U.S. can be expensive and is outside of our control.

Ordered on 18/10/24 and arrived on 13/11/24 with no tracking, no idea what was going on. No answers to several emails I sent, ergo no more purchases!!
Having previously bought many panerai omega and tag straps (£300 plus straps) this matches or even surpasses the look and feel of them, I can’t say how long lasting as it’s brand new , but it looks fantastic .

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day whether UK or International. Unfortunately some elements of delivery are outside of our control but we will provide tracking details upon dispatch.
UK Orders
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class with tracking. This means 99% of orders are delivered the next working day. If you don't receive your delivery you can track the status within our website.
European Orders
Will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
International Orders
Take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive.
We work very hard making sure all orders are dispatched the very same day and if for any reason you don't receive your order or have worries about delivery please get in touch as we'll investigate and resolve any issues.
Will I need to wait in for my order?
No. We think time is precious so we've made sure that our packing is letter box friendly, meaning that your watch strap order will be delivered without issue. Additionally our order tracking doesn't require a signiture as this is done through GPS location.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
Let's be honest we've all been there! Our returns policy is very straightforward you have 30 days to return the item with no questions asked (providing it's in the same new/pristine condition).
You can arrange a return online through our website which will allow you to request either a replacement or refund. You can find our more about our refund policy here.
Are you a genuine UK company?
Yes. We are a UK Limited Company and also VAT registered. All our watch straps include VAT.

Are your watch straps genuine leather?
Yes! If our watch straps are listed as leather then we guarantee that the strap is genuine leather.
Do you offer a warranty on your straps?
We don't unfortunately. However we are realistic, if your watch strap has failed through general wear and use we'll simply replace the strap.
Do you ship Overseas/International?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
