No. They're compatible replacement straps, made to fit just like the one that came with your watch.

Will these fit the Forerunner 45?

How do I check which Garmin I've got?

Open the Garmin Connect app and tap your watch in the device list, and it'll show the exact model name. It's also printed on the back of most Garmin watches.

Do your straps come with spring bars?

Yes, every strap comes with spring bars. Quick-release straps have quick-release spring bars fitted, so you can swap them without a tool.
