Are these official Garmin straps?

No. They're compatible replacement straps, made to fit just like the one that came with your watch.

Will these straps fit the Forerunner 10 too?

Yes. The Forerunner 10 and Forerunner 15 both use the same strap, so these fit either one.

Should I get Small or Large?

As a rough guide, Small suits most women's and smaller wrists, and Large suits most men's. If you're in between, Large gives you a bit more room.

Do your straps come with spring bars?

Yes, every strap comes with spring bars. Quick-release straps have quick-release spring bars fitted, so you can swap them without a tool.
