Watch Strap Style aims to always provide high quality goods which are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, certain goods may need to be returned. Should you receive items that do not match those that you ordered or your expectations, you should contact us by email, stating the reasons and setting out your options. This contact and return of item(s) must be within 30 days of the purchase in order to arrange return, replacement or refund.
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent upon delivery, you should sign the delivery note (if applicable) to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Watch Strap Style within 7 days to arrange return, replacement or refund.
You, the customer, have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Watch Strap Style within 7 days from receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the items can be re-sold, as new by Watch Strap Style. The cost responsible if goods are returned for this reason is yours. This last paragraph is the law. Watch Strap Style however goes above and beyond to look after its customers. Should you, the purchaser change your mind and decide the watch strap you purchased is not for you for any reason within 30 days, you can send it back for full refund under our ‘No quibble 30 days returns guarantee’ policy. Please note, any strap sent back to WSS for credit needs to be in new pristine condition, unworn and not after having been fitted to a watch.
