Orders and Delivery
We despatch all orders placed on the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday.
In most cases orders are received the next working day.

If you have an account and looking to update your address before placing an order you can do this within your account.
We despatch all orders free of charge via Royal Mail 1st Class. To keep our costs competitive we don’t use a tracking system however we are able to check if your item is out for delivery or has been delivered. If you haven’t received your item after 3 days please contact us by sending a message through our contact us page or via email hello@watchstrapstyle.co.uk and we will make sure any delivery issue is resolved.
No we do not store this information. The payment gateways we use including Stripe (Credit Debit, Apple Pay & Android Pay), Amazon Pay, PayPal process all our payments.
As we are a UK business we are also VAT registered so we need to charge VAT. The price shown on our website includes VAT.
We currently ship within the UK but are hoping to expand in the future so watch his space.
Yes your items will be delivered in one package that will fit through your letterbox so there is no need to wait in.
