We despatch all orders placed on the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday.
In most cases orders are received the next working day.
In the event that you need to return your order. We have 30 day refund or exchange policy.

Please include original paperwork with the return and a note stating the reason, if this isn’t possible please include order number and full name and a note stating the reason for returning the item.
We despatch all orders free of charge via Royal Mail 1st Class. To keep our costs competitive we don’t use a tracking system however we are able to check if your item is out for delivery or has been delivered. If you haven’t received your item after 3 days please contact us by sending a message on this page or via email email@example.com and we will make sure any delivery issue is resolved.

If you have placed an order and realised that there is a mistake on your delivery address please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com. If you have an account and looking to update your address before placing an order you can do this within your account.
We currently ship within the UK but are hoping to expand in the future so watch his space.
